In this intro to scent work class, we will be going wherever the nose goes.

You will learn about the basics of scent work, how it benefits our dogs, body language, and leash handling. We will teach the dogs how to search containers, interiors, possibly exteriors, and more! We will also do a slow intro to at least one of the scents used in trials.

Kennels will be required for this class. If there are nervous dogs or dogs that are particular about their space, the kennel can be a fantastic way to make sure each body in our class feels comfortable and secure. We will have a limited number of kennels to use during class time. If you need to borrow one, please let us know in advance.

Scent work is beautifully enriching for all dogs. We invite all skill levels to join us for four fun-filled weeks of nose navigation!
